How to get a faster answer
- Summarise the problem in the email subject.
- Include your Belot Arena username (never send your password — we will never ask for it).
- For technical issues, add your device, browser and the approximate time it happened.
- When reporting a player, include their name and, if possible, the room code or match date.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account yourself from the "Delete account" page or email us from the address you registered with. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process and how long we keep it.
